    Thanks for starting this thread. The RZ got a MSRP drop on equivalent trims as did the bZ4X yet I haven't seen that mentioned anywhere, just mention of the new 300e FWD variant.

    Anyway, when you have a minute I would love to get lease cash/RV/MF for a 24/12 lease in zip 80238 on a 2025 Lexus RZ 450e Premium AWD. Thanks again.

    Can you verify the residual and MF for the RZs? Lexus is advertising these for 379/mo for 42 month lease before tax with a 44,500 MSRP. I don’t see how they get there with that MF, residual and incentive

    The reason you can't make it work is the fine print in the ad doesn't tell you the dealer contribution (discount) needed to achieve the monthly payment.

    For the $399/mo payment (not including TTL or dealer fees), the adjusted CAP cost would have to be $32,030

    $44,475 MSRP
    -$8500 incentive
    -$2825 CAP reduction ($3999 DAS, minus $379 1st payment, minus $795 acq.fee)
    = $33,150
    - $1120 dealer discount
    = $32,030 adjusted CAP
