No idea.

It would depend on the MSRP, the selling price and the adjusted cap cost for the deal. If you can supply those numbers, then I can model a payment.

Roughly $1000 down to lower the payment by $30/mo.

So, $4-5K. Again, before tax (9% where you are?).

But, that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

You may want to rethink your budget, if that is the payment you're looking for.

May I please get the MF/RV on a 2025 CX90 (the gas powered I guess what they call MHEV) Turbo Preferred and Turbo Premium Sport AWD. Location is 11747. Looking at 36/10, 36/12, 24/12, and 33/12. I know its a lot but I am just deciding on how many months because I am skeptical of that MHEV 48V battery. Thanks.

This is my first lease where I have the option of applying money to MSD. My deal includes $3,362 of positive equity. Tier 9 on Mazda MSD would lower the MF from .0021 to .00138. Dollar amount would be $4,725.

I like the idea of MSD being refundable but no one at the dealership or MFS can explain the rules to qualify for the full refund.

I had positive equity in my previous 2 leases and typically sell the vehicle to a 3rd party prior to lease-end.

Can someone please share if ending the lease early and any other conditions that would disqualify me for the full MSD refund?

I'm not 100% certain, but to get the MSD monies back, you have to either return the car to Mazda, or trade it in for another Mazda.

(but, I'll let my co-host weigh in on this as well)

If you are selling the vehicle, Mazda Credit will likely deduct the MSDs from the payoff amount, increasing the equity you have in the vehicle. (this is my best guess. Under no circumstances would you lose them)

If someone were taking over the lease, you'd have to get the MSD amount from them, as they'd get refunded at the end of the lease. (not sure lease takeovers are much of a thing, any more).
