I just got back from the Cadillac dealership, and without running my credit told me that "excellent" credit would put me at a .004 MF and said I was flat out wrong about any lower MF. Can someone explain this to me?

They either plan on marking up the rate, or they aren't really interested in a customer that wants to know the rate.

Agreed, I went to another dealer and they offered me the .00267 rate. I mentioned it to the dealer and magically now they want to play ball. I would normally not entertain going back but they have a 25’ lyriq sport 2 that has been used as a courtesy vehicle so it has some additional price knocked off of it.
Ok guys these are the two offer I had from one of tje local dealer after visiting 3 of them ...I was looming for a luxury 2 but that trim is nowhere to be found
Now I ended up choosing deal luxury 1 because it seems to me choice sport 2 even thou it hade a lot of features the difference was too big for only being 7 k more in the stiker price. Wife convince me to choose the first option with 700 flat out of pocket and 510 per 24 month 12 k a year ... ohh. tier 1 in the credit score
