Now the last couple of days on the “Cars and Conversation” thread my place is not being saved where I left off. Instead it routes me back about three days. Just an FYI.

FYI, I’m having the same problem now that I wrote about on my July 30th posting but it routed me back to the very beginning of posting on the thread.

I lost the Quick Links selection. So my bookmarks are not available. I rebooted my phone but no luck. I haven’t tried my desk top yet but will try that when I feel like climbing the stairs. Maybe I should log out of Edmunds and log back in but I might be lost forever if I do that. Any suggestions.

I still see it on the home page at forums.edmunds.com. Logging in or out can't break the software, so feel free to try it. I admit I don't use our mobile site much, so I'm not sure where you are expecting to see it, and it's missing.

I still see it on the home page at forums.edmunds.com. Logging in or out can't break the software, so feel free to try it. I admit I don't use our mobile site much, so I'm not sure where you are expecting to see it, and it's missing.

The page you linked seems to be the way it was/located on my phone but like I said, it’s not there anymore.

The strange thing Ive noticed is if I’m viewing a forum and I get a pop up that a comment has been made on a forum, if I quickly click on that pop-up I’m taken to that form and I see the Quick Links section for a split second then it goes away before I can click on Bookmarks. And this happens every time. Also if I can’t get into Quick Links I can’t see my profile icon either to change anything there.

Now I can’t find the button to hit to Log Out. Can you show me where that is supposed to be?

What operating system (Android or iPhone), and what version and browser?

It's all the way down at the bottom - the quick links, and the link to your profile. You have to click on your profile avatar in that section in order to get the log out screen.

Here's what mine looks like, though I have more options than you'll see on yours.

I have an iPhone SE (a little more than 4 years old). In fact I had a new battery installed last week but it worked fine until today. I’m using Google but again no problem until this morning. Everything worked fine last night before I went to bed.

I can’t get to my Avitar since that is in the Quick Links section. Kinda a catch 22. And BTW, just now when I was in Cars and Conversation and I refreshed the page, i again saw the Quick Links section for an instant. Maybe I have to be quicker to get in there and hit my Avitar button but I’ll keep refreshing pages and I might get lucky. I don’t know what else to do.

EDIT: Here’s a good one. I just refreshed this page then quickly scrolled to the bottom of this page and I saw the Quick Links section but this time I saw my Avitar long enough to get a good click on it. Then the page went back to the way it had been acting up/diplaying.

I don’t see the logout button on my profile page. BUT, I found a work around sorta. I can click on my Avitar on any forum that I have posted in and then I can get to the Quick Links section that way but it is a little painful doing it like that. So, until I get a little smarter I’ll have to live with that.

After clearing my history, I am no longer able to sign in on my desktop computer and iPad. When I sign in with my credentials it keeps trying to do so with a spinning icon and nothing happens. This posting in on my iPhone. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hi there - unfortunately, our login system is experiencing issues, which I've reported to the tech team. They're currently trying to identify the problem and implement a fix. We don't have a workaround at this time, and until the fix is implemented, my only suggestion is to not sign out of any device that is currently signed in.

When I get an update, I'll post it here.

The fix for our login issues was just released, and I confirmed that I am now able to log in on two different devices. Please let me know if you continue to experience problems logging in.
