Your credit will have nothing to do with the dealer attempting to take a markup.

The last time I saw it, the maximum markup was .00100, on top of the base rate.

I had AutoNation price it out for 3 yrs for a P400 Dynamic SE. It was $1,753 for "Tire & Wheel Protection" and $1,098 for "Cosmetic Wheel Protection". The car had 23" 5135 rims.
