MF is likely marked up for extra dealer profit (from an MB dealer? I'm shocked)

Otherwise, the numbers are correct as stated - dealer cannot alter the residual value. Confirm the model year, trim, term and mileage - could be a simple miscommunication.

I was offered a 36-month lease (10,000 miles/year) on a 2025 AMG EQE SUV (MSRP $117,060) for $1,275/month (taxes included) with $1,275 total drive-off. I don’t have the money factor yet, but this is the best offer I’ve received. Can you help me evaluate if this is a good deal based on the monthly payment and amount down? Thanks!

Sorry, need the selling price and adjusted CAP cost. Even then, we don't track transaction prices.

So, we can check the calculations, but we can't tell you if it's a good deal. Shopping for competitive quotes is the best way to do that
