"retail bonus cash" is a purchase incentive, and not likely compatible with the lease program

Lease cash is a Ford to lessee incentive, applied as a CAP cost reduction

So… maybe a bad question but if the Lariat trim qualifies for the $7,500 Federal EV Tax credit and the dealer is only giving a rebate of $5,500 does this mean they have given the $5k and instead of passing on $7,500 in the EV credit they are only passing on $500?!

Wishful thinking - see previous answer.

The bank is not obligated to pass any of the tax credit to the customer as an incentive.

No... the $5000 rebate is in lieu of the $7500 tax credit (which belongs to the bank).

So, the bank (aka Ford) is keeping $2500 of it.
