All the quote sheets do refer to a Limited RWD, and the VIN number also leads back to a Limited RWD. What's typically the best way to get them to the honor the 60% residual and .00221 money factor? I've asked them if they can come down on the money factor and they just hit me with 'it's set by Hyundai and we can't adjust it'. Haven't mentioned anything about the residual yet, although the very first quote they gave me had it listed as a 70% residual, which I thought was weird.

Every quote since then has been at 59% residual.

Should I just straight out tell them that the rate finder (not sure what term to use here) has this trim listed at a 60% residual and .00221 money factor, and see if they'd be able to resend the quote with those changes made?

Tell them you want the base MF or you'll shop elsewhere; I'm sure there are plenty of IONIQ5's around.

But, the RV cannot be adjusted by the dealer - it's set by the bank for the specific term, mileage, trim and drivetrain (RWD v. AWD).

Our Hyundai lease data is a bit wonky, this month, and there could be regional variations we aren't aware of. The dealer can mark up the MF by .00040, so that may imply a base MF of .00232, not too much higher than what we've quoted you.

Just wanted to say thank you @Michaell for all the help, just picked up my car. Probably didn't follow all your advice to a T, but I did get the itemized and figure out a final deal. Probably not the best, but hopefully not the worse.

Payment came out to $277.75/mo., and got down-payment to $3,030.90.

Sales Tax on Cap Cost Red: $1,375.15
First Month Payment: $277.75

Thought about asking to roll the downpayment into the lease, which would have made the payment $392.46/mo, but I just felt better keeping my monthly under $300, and I'll cross my fingers that I don't have any accidents in the next 24-months which total the vehicle.

Again, not sure if this is the absolute best deal, but I was pretty happy with it. If I had pushed for the 60% residual, I could have netted about $526.35 more of a discount, and a MF of .00221 would've netted me about $170.60 more. But through the whole leasing process, my sales agent, and even the sales manager, were both great to deal with. After having bad experiences in the past, this was definitely one of the easier and more straight forward dealerships I've worked with, so if they made an extra ~$700 off giving me slightly lower residual and slightly higher MF, I'm not that mad about it.
