    I'm not sure of the Genesis acquisition fee, but that looks pretty normal. Not negotiable

    Doc fees are assessed by the dealer, and I don't think PA regulates them.

    You'll do better to ask for a price reduction, than to get into the weeds discussing fees with a dealer.

    Contacted dealer on a 2026 Genesis GV70 2.5T Sport Prestige AWD, 36/15, zip 15216.

    They told me Genesis sets residual and it’s at .63. Is this correct or is this really truly negotiable?

    Correct, the bank sets the residual

    Genesis, like Hyundai, can have very different programs for different regions

    OK you had posted 00237 MF and 66% residual above so I was going off of that.
