    Also, I've seen some lease cash allowances when browsing for leases on the chevrolet official website, is specific to the dealer or vehicle? Is it something the dealer honors? Thanks in advance

    I asked a dealer for 3k incentive and one told me the $3k incentive only applies to purchases. Does this vary by dealer? (Sorry if it’s a dumb question, this is my first time leasing.)

    Not a dumb question. This particular trim has the $3K incentive.

    There is no reason for the dealer not to give it to you - that money comes from GM, not the dealer.

    Shop around and find a dealer more accommodating.
