    I currently don't have the incentive information, but in general, any incentive with "Retail" in the name is for purchase, and not applicable if you lease the vehicle.

    Hello, currently leasing a '23 Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 that I'm looking to turn in this month. Terms: 10k/year, 39 months, residual $34,937.15. Current mileage 32,090. Lease is scheduled to end in March 26. Ally bank holds the lease.

    I am looking for residual, money factor, and lease incentives for the same car: 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4X4 2 Row. IMO the residual is considerably higher than fair market value for GC's similar to mine. I would also appreciate any advice on how to handle negotiations with dealers when turning in my lease.

    I was offered $32k from a dealer as a buyout price, but per the comps, I think the buyout price should be around $29k-$30k. This means the dealer would need to eat the additional cost based upon the agreed upon residual (~$34k - $30k) in addition to paying out the remaining payments on the lease (~$1,425), correct?

    Lastly, I'm in contact w/ a dealership that's offering the following on a lease deal, waiting to hear back what the buyout price would be:
