    It's an incentive available to everyone who leases an X3 - you should get it automatically.

    Heads up (in Cleveland at least) — my dealer told me they are NOT locking rates anymore due to changes in BMW FS. The current 0.9% rate on a 60 mo finance deal is insanely attractive but their claim is no more lock. Extremely frustrating because my car has a VIN but delayed on shipping so I’ll miss the 12/1 deadline. Fact or fiction?

    I haven't heard that.. but, that isn't something we'd hear about it, new.
