The dealer is saying they can do $400 per month with zero down. Is that a good deal based on these calculations? And assuming the upfront fees come in somewhere around $2000-2500?
$0 down, but how much due at signing? I'd get a complete breakdown of that number.

Thanks for the reply! Yes I am shopping around a few different dealers, Ave that is the best quote so far. I am currently waiting to hear back on what they week have due at signing. According to the lease calculators that I posted, it should just be taxes and fees, which I added into the calculators. So I don't think anything is assumed there. I am mainly hoping to see if anyone else has any data on other 2026 Ioniq leases. Or is the new model year too new for anyone to lease yet?

Thanks for the insight! I got the numbers for the 2025 SE RWD from the other thread, and also contacted a few dealers on those. I do see they are offering $15750 in lease cash, but that brings the sales price down to a similar price as the new models. At the same time the residual is lower on the 2025s, 50% instead of 64%, and the MF is similar. Is that stronger? Or did I just miss the boat on the good deals?

It's possible the best deals expired in September, but Hyundai has kept their high incentives in place. Older models will natually have lower residuals.
But, dealers should be discounting the 2025's more, to get rid of them.

Thanks for the response! Here is a quote I got this morning on a 2025. They are at $494/month with 36/10 and they are showing the $15750 rebate. Their dealer adds are $898, but the payment still seems high based on the numbers from the 2025 forum reply. Am I missing something? I'm new to leasing but I like figuring stuff out :-)
