This is my first time buying a car, so this was the best I can do because I didn’t get the info from the dealer. And I’m actually assisting my dad with buying the car and he’s in a rush. We did go to one other place, but they couldn’t beat this offer.

It’s Sunday, which means the dealerships are closed today in my area. My dad is impatient and wants to go in tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. and sign. He can’t be told to wait at this point, but I’m still trying my best.

Thanks for the info. If I use $41K as the cap cost, I get about $600/mo for the payment.

$400/mo, even with $4K up front, is a good payment.

If your dad is happy with it, don't fight him.
