    Thanks! It looks like interest rates are up, although not by a lot, but the residuals are also higher.

    The variables tend to work that way with leases. Rarely do you see the MF go down, and residual go up in the same month.

    Thanks for the info on Lincoln nautilus reserve hybrid being 56%residual and 2.83% APR.
    question- i have 2 separate dealers giving me 3.83 APR. is this their sneaky way to pad the numbers? How do you normally push back? Thanks again!

    Thank you! It appears zero changes from January (APR or RV). Any lease incentives? My local Lincoln dealer had a $4,000 cash rebate last month, which he implied valid for leases too, but not sure if that was just a bait.
