  • Thanks for the reply.
To be honest, I couldn't care less about money factors and such. I just wanted to know if the payment is a fair one.
You mentioned the maintenance . Is that the audicare?
Also, should the 39 months lease be cheaper than the 42 one ?

You need to know if your money factor and the residual are figured on the correct numbers. If they are then the deals are very good at this time. Generally the longer the lease the LOWER the payments. also the miles per year affect the residual. The more miles the lower the residual. Got to ridewithg.com for an analysis of current audi leasing. But the deal you disclosed seems decent. Would suggest having them run the numbers for 36 months. Less likelihood of tires and brakes.
  • Hey what dealership did you go to for this deal? I am looking for a deal like that.
  • So I was offered this.

Premium Plus A4 Front Wheel Drive
    Brilliant Black
    Sports Pack
    B & O Sound
    36 month Term
    15K Miles / Year

    MSRP - $38255
    Final Sales - $35571 ($859 under Invoice)
Out Of Pocket - $5,000 (include down payment + 1st Month Payment + ALL Fees)

    Monthly Payment $417.50 before tax.

Is that a good deal? I was thinking about telling him to do $1000 under invoice and throw in Audi Care and call it a deal.
  • MSRP: $45175
    Miles: 10k per year
    36 Months

Any ideas on experiences on what type a monthly payment I should be expecting?

    Thanks!

The mainenance is audicare and having it increases the residual value of the car and therefore the cost of the lease. Also, the shorter the lease the higher the residual value and the lower the cost of the lease.

While the $400 per month lease price sounds OK you might be able to do better if you knew the residual value they were using for the $400 payment.
Letus all know how you made out(location of dealer/state).

    Good luck

  • Hey guys. First time doing a lease (and first time Audi buyer). Here's what the dealer is quoting me (Audi of Oakland):

    2010 A4 Premium Plus Quattro
    MSRP: $37,875
    Invoice: $35,282
    Selling Price: $35,162

    36 mo 15k/yr.
    $10,000 drive off
    $288 + tax

What do you all think? Thinking about getting this tomorrow... Thanks!!

Based on an moneyfactor of .00045 and a residual of 45% your payments should be $526 with only inception fees and taxes additional. Subtract the fees from the 10k down and put what's left in the bank to pay down you monthly payment. That deal you got is no good. Never put 10k down on a lease.
  • what is the current lease price on a4 36 month 15k in boston area?

    I have excellent credit also.

  • I'm just starting this process out and have read through this msg board picking up information.

I'm looking for the money factor and residual value for an 4dr Sdn Auto 2.0T Quattro Premium Plus for a 36 month lease, 10k miles in the NY Metro Area. I live on Long Island and would be willing to go anywhere from Huntington Audi to Manhattan Audi.

Additionally, the Huntington Audi website has this car listed at 41,200, what are the dealer invoice costs for this car in the area?
  • Cartelligent is offering me this lease:
2010 A4 premium plus with navigation
    10K miles annually, 3 years
$4500 TOTAL down, $441 TOTAL incl. tax and audi care per month.

Does this sound like a good deal?

Thanks for your comments - T.

Check mandvleasing site to see how yours compares with their zero down rates.
  • have this offer:

A4Premium FrontTrak w/sunroof, heated seats, and bluetooth. Everything else standard.

    MSRP: 33,200
    Offer: 30,050

    36 months, 15,000 miles

    Using current Feb MF/Residual: .00029 and 51%

payment would be: $373.81 (plus tax)

This would fit in my payment comfort...but trying to see if I could do any better on cap cost (and actually weighing it against 2010 GTI)
  • jayriderjayrider Posts: 3,348
If you like the GTI, you should check the A3 which is the more expensive cousin. The A4 is larger and more expensive than the A3.

Unfortunately, it's cheaper to lease an A4 Quattro than a FWD A3... Even though the A3 has a lower MSRP.. :(

  • Hey guys, this is my first time leasing, so I really need advice on this one...

    Monthly: $569 include tax
    42mo/12k miles

I think the payment is kind of high...so any advice??
  • This seems like a really good deal. Is this an actual offer? what part of the country are you in? I would like to see if I can get an offer like this.

    Thanks
  • I think you can do better, here's what I picked up this morning in Denver:

    2010 A4 2.0T quattro 6M Silver/Black
Premium Plus, navigation, B&O, 18" sport package, exhaust tips, all weather floor mats, and Audicare

  • Yea, I got a quote, too.
2010 A4 2.0T quattro Premium Plus, navigation, B&O, and ARUBA BLUE PEARL EFFECT
$495 before tax, so it will be around $530 a month, 42month/12k miles

This was the offer I got for a front-wheel A4 premium plus, sports pkg, navi, pearl metallic paint:
    MSRP: 40,250
Base Cap Cost: 36,622 (800 under invoice)
Cost added to lease: approx. $400 for advertisement fees (is this legit?)
    Adj. Cap Cost: $37,022
Residual Factor: 49% for 12,000 miles
MF: .00069 (higher than the .00029 i see in ridewithg)
    Monthly Payment: $519 + 9.25% tax ($567)
Walk out fee: first month + dmv + doc + acquisition fee

I walked away from it because 1) I didn't know about the advertisement fee, 2) I didn't know about the acquisition fee of $625, and 3) the MF. I was trying to get $1500 under invoice because I've read others getting that. I would've been cool with the $800 under invoice if it weren't for the other costs. What did you guys think about this deal?
