Do you know if the Ally incentive is being offered on CTS-V models?
Also what the numbers would be on 36 month 12k lease?

Also, does the $6175 cash back mentioned for the V sedan above also apply on the wagon?
Thanks so much!
On a side note, how do you know these things? Do you work for Ally? I guess you don't have to tell me if you aren't allowed / don't want to.
I want to look at a CTS RWD base automatic and it seems like the incentives are good right now. Mixen's deal seems almost unreal!
If MSRP is approx $30, what can i expect to negotiate down to?
I can't seem to get my numbers to work out to where you are. I don't want to even go to the dealer to look without knowing a framework for payments. Thank you!
The cash allowance for a 39-month lease of a CTS Wagon through Ally would be $5,675.
I know these things because I'm the Car Man :shades: .

I just got the first offer (in writing) from the dealer. What are your thoughts? I know I can do better, but not sure whether this is close to the best or simply their worst?

If by "competitive lease rebate," you mean the rebate for being a current lessee of a non-GM car, then no, I did not qualify. You cannot combine the private lease offer and the competitive lease rebate. However, my deal was revised somewhat by virtue of the fact that I wound up using 1500 GM points. So, the monthly went down from $400 to $360, but my out of pocket at lease signing went up to $800 plus tax. The dealership is North Bay in New York.

What is the rate and residual for a 15,000 mile lease on a base 2012 CTS Coupe right now?
For 24 months and 36/39 months?
What are the lease rebates?
Thank You
CTS base 4 door
Sticker: $38,515
36/mo 10k miles/yr
$0 out of pocket
$328/mo pre-tax
While it's probably not absolute rock bottom I felt pretty good about it. They tried to get me to pay $1700 for fees/title/1st payment, but thanks to this thread I knew I could negotiate that down to $0. Thanks for the help!
There's a lease going on at my local dealer for $328/mo. 36/mo 10k mi/yr and $1999 dwn pymt. Is that the same program you saw in your area?
If so, how did you get them to go from 1999 dwn to 0 down?
But there is an additional incentive from GM that provides $2,000 if you are currently in another lease (I have 1 mo left on my 09 Accord). After that I only hand to negotiate the dealer fees/tag/1st payment. With the massive incentives from GM of over $8,000 after all was done, the dealer was essentially selling it at sticker, so they were able to come down.
24 and 36 month terms please.
Thanks
The lease rate for an otherwise identical 36 or 39 month lease is 1.05%. The residual values for those terms are 49% and 47%.
General Motors is currently providing a $4,675 cash incentive on 24-month leases of this car through Ally and a $4,955 cash incentive on 36 to 39-month leases of it through Ally.

Also would you be kind enough to explain the Ally lease incentives being discussed. Do they reduce the cap cost, and can they be combined with the $2,000. competitor lease incentive currently in effect?
many thanks.
What are the lease rate, residual, and CCR for the CTS base sedan for 24 months and 15k per year?
Thank you
24 Month/10K Miles Per Year:
$3500 Down + $2000 Credit for your Competitor lease.
Monthly Payment = $286.53
Residual: $22,394
36 Month/10K Miles Per Year:
$3500 Down + $2000 Credit for your competitor lease.
Monthly Payment = $308.85
Residual: $19,995
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
Also, you may want to reconsider the 3500 down payment in favor of no money down. Although it will raise your payment, should you exit the lease before maturity, down payments are not recovered.
Thank you for taking the time to post your experiences. Can you please email me directly? I look forward to hearing from you.
Christina

I am now also looking at a base 2012 CTS Wagon, too. Do you have the lease rebate, residual, and rate for a 24 month, 15,000 mile lease on the base wagon?
FYI: Here are the numbers on the base coupe that I worked up at dealer today. They still want about $1000 more than I want to pay, but we're close. I think I could have driven it out of there for about $330 with 0 out of pocket without any hard negotiations.
24 month, 15k mile, base coupe
MSRP: $39,590
Lease rebate: $4,675
Lease Conquest cash: $2,000
GM Card earnings:$2,500
Discount: $2,000
Price paid(offer): $28,415
Base payment: $232
Payment and Tax: $247
Payment, Tax, Fees: $305
Zero out of pocket up front
I would love to be able to run the numbers like that on the wagon. Your info made my trip to the dealer so much easier. Thanks again!
Woodland Hills and Casa De Cadillac turned me down, but Penske South Bay and Coast Cadillac Long Beach fought the good battle - here's what I had decided on:
$39,050.00 base
$1,375.00 6 speed auto
$1,150.00 sunroof
$3,145.00 nav
$995.00 white diamond
$875.00 destination
$46,590.00
Best offer I got using an on-line site (CarWoo) for 36 months, 15,000 miles was $35,393 with $1,502.40 out of pocket and payments of $454.84 which INCLUDED tax.
I countered with $34,800 which would have put payments around $430.00
Here's what I wound up with at Penske
$46,590 MSRP ($43,643 invoice)
$43,470 GROSS CAP COST (which included $695.00 Bank Fee)
-$6275.00 US Bank rebate
-$2000.00 dealer rebate
-$1000.00 other lease rebate (I have a Ford lease)
- 11.66 something else i forgot
$34,183.00 ADJUSTED CAP COST
1.9% interest - US BANK
(NOTE: I tried for the 1.05 but the rebates were less, I also had him wipe out the whole thing and start over using ALLY numbers, but the US BANK matched the research I had)
47% residual rate (I argued 49% was the published rate - it was a deal breaker for them as they were losing 2,700 on the car, which is EXACTLY what Woodland Hills and Casa De Cadillac said they would be losing, which is why they turned me down)
$812.58 tax on cap cost reduction
$419.32 1st monthly payment
$378.00 registration fee
$3.94 up front use/sales tax on vehicle
$45.00 document prep fee
BOTTOM LINE:
$358.58 + 33.74 tax = $419.32
I think I did OK - Would love advice for the future if there was anything else I could have done.
I am shopping for a CTS coupe and have been to a few dealerships. The offers are still coming in, but this was the first. Care looks great but I decided to put what they offered me to you guys for an opinion. Thanks All

Thanks for all your help. Hopefully, these numbers will help a lot of others. I tried searching previous posts.

As you mentioned, General Motors is scheduled to introduce its new May incentives some time tomorrow. It's difficult for me to say what they will be like at this point.
