my dealer gave me a MF of 0.0003 which seems to be different from the numbers in October

VW numbers generally change monthly.

VW does not have an MSD program that we are aware of.

One credit tier down adds .00030

Sign then Drive promotion, this month, does not require a security deposit.

Don't have the adder for the acquisition fee waiver. Usually, it's cheaper to just roll the $625 fee into the CAP cost, instead of paying a higher money factor.
