    Apparently there are a lot of people who routinely buy new vehicles before they pay off their old ones.
    A reporter is doing a story on how being "upside down" is quite common these days, and is looking to connect with consumers willing to talk about it over the phone on the record (including names, locations, dollar amounts, etc.).
    He's looking for consumers who are comfortable with being upside down and those who aren't.
