$63K MSRP, $49K selling price, .00130 MF and 69% residual for 27mo, 7.5K/yr, I get >$325/mo.+ tax.. From the numbers, I'd guess that the $1125 maintenance plan is on top of the >$49K price, not included.
Yes.. the dealer is permitted to mark up the $795 acq.fee to a maximum of $1,095
Yes.. the residual would have to be adjusted lower to account for the mileage. Somewhere between $0.15 - $0.30 per mile, deducted from the residual of a new unit.
Here are the final numbers and I will be picking up the car tomorrow.
E350 4MATIC Sport 4 door sedan with 18" AMG wheels.
$420 including NJ tax for 7,500 miles per year for 27 months with auto pay.
$63k MSRP, $49k selling price, 2 year prepaid maintenance valued at $850, .00136 MF, 69% residual of $63,850 further adjusted for loaner excess miles $.20 per mile times 6385 miles. They added $850 to selling price hence capitalized cost at $49,850 and to MSRP hence adjusted MSRP of $63,850.
Such a sweet deal, I didn't argue MF to be lower at .0012. That gives dealer $16 or so extra per month.
If I didn't buy the maintenance plan, payment would have been about $407 including NJ tax.

I'm a little confused. In NY tax is computed for the entire lease up front, but the tax amount is based on how much depreciation there is ... and the depreciation percentage varies based on the length of the lease and the number of miles per year. Therefore, it can't be a fixed amount as you state.
And ... we do not recommend you putting any money down on a lease. If the car is stolen or totaled, you are out that money. You aren't saving anything by doing so, either - just frontloading your total out of pocket costs.
The MF and RV for the E350 4Matic this month are .00130 and 67% (27/12) or 56% (36/12).
With your selling price and MSRP, I calculate a $0 down payment pre-tax payment of either $730.07 (36 months) or $682.95 (27 months).
Based on that publication (by the state), your dealer has calculated the tax incorrectly (assuming you are registering the car in NY State). That type of mistake is not "an accident"....car dealers know the taxes that should be charged. I'd be very very wary of dealing with that dealer even if they correct their "mistake".
On the other hand, you don't show any lease origination fee ($795/$1095) so I'm not sure what to make of the numbers you posted.
If I add $795 for loan acquisition fee, I calculate 27 mo payments at about $799 per month including 7% tax. If you do a downpayment of $5000 (which you shouldn't do), it would bring that down to around $610. Of course $799-$610x27 months is $5103 so you save $103 over the life of the lease if you do the down payment but you take a risk if the car is totaled or stolen.
Finally, if you use autopay, you save about $7 a month on $795...that's $189 savings.

If I use your MSRP of $62,225 and a selling price of $54,758 (12% discount), I get a pre-tax payment of $587.12. Your offer of $577/mo looks pretty strong.
You should ask for a detailed breakdown of the $3415 ....

Hello guys, I'm looking into leasing 2014 E350 regular sedan (since there is almost no change with 2015, and probably better deal with 2014?) The car MSRP is 65835.As of now, one dealer offer us 2.5k down and 656/months including tax (CA) and wheels&tires insurance for 27 mo 10k/yr good or no good? if not, what numbers should I try asking them?

If you are negotiating a MB lease, use autopay which will reduce the mf by .0001 (about $10 a month)...and always include MB maintenance in the lease (it's treated as a "feature" and you don't pay the full amount.
Emailed a deale in NY. The MSRP os the car is $62590. His selling price is $55250 I am leasing the car for 27 months. Is the selling price reasonable or what kind of negotiating room is left.
Is the standard MF for September available? I have read lowest MF's for the best credit scores ranging from 0.0021 to 0.0018 before autopay discount or MSD's.

We haven't seen any updates for the standard money factor for quite awhile. The last we heard it was .00195-.00225, but it could have changed slightly since then.
Hi so I need advice. I have the opportunity to lease an used 2014 E63 (with 200 miles on it). Res 60% MF 0.0024 Is that a good MF? Acquisition fee $1095
Dealer claims since it is an used car ( already titled) this is the MF/res/acquisition fee for pre-owned. Is that true?

The base acquisition fee for all MB leases is $795, with dealers allowed to mark that up to $1095 for extra profit.
I'd guess the money factor is marked up by around .0003-.0005, as well.. (not unusual for a Mercedes dealer).
Unless it's a lot cheaper than a "new" one, why bother? And, if it is a lot cheaper, then you probably don't have a lot of negotiating room. It's pretty weird for a car with 200 miles to be a "used car". Makes you wonder why?

Yeah I knew about the marked up acquisition fees and MF for a new car but I wasn't sure about the numbers for the "used" car. The question was more is there lease numbers for "new" and "used" cars? Or is it just BS from the dealership in order to mark up. And you are right it is a lot cheaper! Car checks out fine.

If they are using the new car program (and, they certainly are... with a 60% residual), then it either qualifies or it doesn't... .the rest is just BS..
That said, the E63 uses the standard money factor, so it's not a cheap car to lease, in any instance. In this case, if they are really cutting the selling price, then at some point, the monthly payment is what's important. If you can save by leasing a car with 200 miles, just make sure the warranty is valid for the length of the lease and have at it. I've leased service loaners and "factory executive" cars in the past, with quite a few more miles than that, and never had an issue.

Good luck.
E250 is specifically excluded from the 27 month value-add program.
