Hi - Could anyone please share the residual and MF for an IS350 F-Sport AWD, 36 months with 12k miles per year. Also, what is the bank fee? Thanks much!

Not sure of the acquisition fee, but most likely, it's right around $700

Yikes - I just got updated numbers from the dealer I'm working with on an IS350 and it looks like the residual dropped 9 points on the 27 month lease - is that possible? Doesn't seem right - car payment would go up $170/month!

Thanks Lexinj - that seems a little more inline with what it was a few days ago. I believe the residual should be somewhere around 69-73% (still a big swing). Hopefully we can get someone to chime in that knows for sure. I'm guessing my contact mistyped the numbers (maybe he gave me 36 month lease residual).

36 mos my dealer told me had a residual of 61...That would be for a 15k miles.. I believe the more miles the residual goes down....wanna make a deal within a week... still negotiating in NJ but may have to settle for the 250

I'm in the same boat - looking to pull the trigger sooner than later.

Was the 69% you were quoted for 15k miles? You're correct that the residual changes based on miles - usually 1-2 points. So if you 69% was for 15k miles, 12k miles would be ~71%.

The IS250 has a MF of .00100 and a residual of 70% for the 27month, 15K/yr term..

Same MF for the IS350, but I don't have the residual on that model.

I confirmed with a few dealers that the IS350 is 69% for 27 months, 15k/yr term. Then, 70% for 12k and 72% for 10k.

Looks like the dealer was looking at the 36 numbers before. Thanks.

Thought I would give the figures on the car I just leased in SoCal since I found these forums to be useful.
Lexus IS350 Sport, Black on Black with Mark Levinson, Blind Spot
MSRP 48,148
Negotiated price 43,753
Annual Miles 12,000
27 month lease
Residual 71%
I did the max MSD's (9) and added a $775 excess wear and tear package so I don't worry about door dings, windshield cracks or and tire wear since my insurance deductible is $1000
My monthly payment is $464.45
$5275 due at signing but $4275 is my deposit I get back at the end of lease.
Hope that helps others looking to lease...

I just leased an IS350 F Sport Ultra White / Rioja Red with Mark Levinson, Blind Spot Monitoring and Preferred Accessory Package in Southern California. I added the Excess Wear and Tear on mine as it was discounted a bit and I've had some bad luck lately with lease returns.

MSRP: $48,148

Sale Price: $42,770

27 month lease

12K miles/year

71% Residual Value

0.00028 Money Factor after 9 MSDs

Drive Off: $4,979 ($4,050 is refundable security deposit)

Monthly Payment: $426 ($391 base + $35 tax)

If I didn't get the Excess Wear and Tear, my numbers would have been:

Drive Off: $4,502 ($3,800 is refundable security deposit)

Monthly Payment: $398 ($365 base + $33 tax)

Lexus (and Toyota) run so many regional special programs, that the information I get is not necessarily what you'll find in your area (try 20 or more programs across the country). I give the numbers I have, but I wouldn't vouch for them in a specific area of the country.

If anyone needs a good sales rep and does not matter what state you reside in ( he could ship the car pretty much anywhere, he saved my buddy up in Phoenix $80 a month) Inbox me for his info, I purchased 2 Lexus of this gentleman, straight forward, did not catch him in any lies, extremely resourceful, give it a try you know, Best luck everyone keep us posted.

10K / 12K residuals:

24mo - 73% / 72%

27mo - 71% / 70%

30mo - 68% / 67%

33mo - 66% / 65%

36mo - 63% / 62%

MF is .00085 for IS350 (tier 1+)

Acquisition fee is from Lexus Financial ... can't negotiate

License fee may be for your tags / registration ... check with the dealer

Dealer doc fee ... added by the dealer for extra profit. Negotiate the selling price down by an equivalent amount.

Here's what I was offered on a 2014 IS 350 F-Sport RWD.

• MSRP - $48,298
• Selling Price - $44,988
• MF - .00085
• Residual on 27 mo/10k miles - 71%
• Drive off amount (acq, doc, license, first mo) - $3,000
• Payment including 7.95% sales tax - $494

The dealer was shady about detailing the drive-off fees so I suspect there was a small cap cost reduction in there. They would not budge on the doc fee and actually got really defensive about it. Their original offer was $708/mo with a ridiculously marked up MF. They were being very guarded with their numbers and trying to play games so we ended up leaving.

When I plug your numbers in, I get a pre-tax payment of $364.51 (with 7.95% tax, $393.49). I'd ask the dealer for a more thorough breakdown of their numbers.

And that's not assuming any cap cost reduction out of the $3000 drive off amount.

Can you please double check your calculations? I get a pre-tax payment of $463.54 and a post-tax (7.95%) payment of $500.39, which is why I suspect there's a small cap cost reduction hidden in the drive-off fee. This is in AZ. Thanks for your help.

Oops .. forgot to change the lease term from 36 months to 27 months.

My numbers now match up with yours.
