Using your numbers, we settled on $299/month for the S Grand Touring 4-door (after being lied to about them even having the S Touring) with no money down and without the tech package. I initially wanted to pay $287/month for the S Touring but I am OK with the extra 12 a month for a trim upgrade.

PA charges an extra 3% sales tax on leases... So, if your tax rate is 6%, the lease tax rate will be 9%.

Yeah I got quoted 24,850 (27,590 MSRP on white one), so payments came out to about 326 + tax (about 350 total) with $0 drive off.

With about $2800 down, on a car with an MSRP of $26,205 + Taxes(8.625%) + Acquisition Fee $595 + Registration, DMV and Transfer of Plates - $325

I am being quoted $307 a month for 39 months.

Does this seems about right?

Thats actually worse then a 39 month on the 2014! The dealer is telling me they have $1800 in incentives so I take that off the MSRP and the price is $24,405, are the taxes then based on the 24,404? or the MSRP?

The taxes are applicable to the negotiated selling price. The residual is based off the MSRP.
