Using your numbers, I get a pre-tax payment of $414.62/mo. Seems the dealer is adding some cost into the deal somehow.
What state is this? Tax liability may have an impact on your monthly payment.
Does anyone you the money factor and residual for a 2014 Coupe 3.8 R-Spec for a 36 month 36k mile lease? Got the dealer down to 26,300 so far does that sound like a good deal?

The only numbers I have for the R-spec are for the 2.0T - 44% residual and .00085 MF. $2500 lease cash.

I got some numbers for the 2014 Genesis Coupe 3.8 GT. Please let me know what you think about the numbers. Haven't made the lease yet.
MSRP: 33280 Cap Cost: 27447 (including 2500 lease cash) Monthly: 433 including CA Tax.
I think the numbers are bit high... I calculated and got $383.98. I told the dealer that 383.98 was the number I got. Then the dealer (over the phone) lectured me saying that the system they use to plug in numbers is connected to every bank and that it is accurate to the cent. It was very rude and the dealer said my numbers were wrong and my calculations were wrong. Did I make the wrong calculations?

I get $355.55/mo pre-tax (assuming 52% RV; $372.94 with 50% RV), so your number seems about right. Dealer might be inflating the MF on you.
Lots of Hyundai dealers to choose from; might be time to reach out to a different one.

The manager contacted me and told me the price I used did not include acquisition fee and documents/registration fee. He said acquisition fee is $595 and doc/reg fee of ~$403. And if I wanted 0 drive off, it would be $433.89. If I paid $590 drive off, it would be $418.74

Between the doc fee and the acquisition fee that adds about $28/mo to the payment - pre-tax is now somewhere around $380-385/mo. What is the tax rate where you live?
I still think the dealer is inflating the MF on you ... ask them directly what number they are using in their calculations.

Any thoughts on current residual value for a 2014 R – spec? 36/12k lease. Dealer is offering 50% RV on 48k msrp
Happy with the cap cost and MF (38k, 1.9% apr/.0007)
Seems like a good deal, only question is RV. probably going to go get it tomorrow
That is the correct residual. Dealers aren't authorized to change it.
Thanks
Turns out the correct RV was 54% and they were playing with numbers in the back office to get a higher payment. A little scrutiny straightened it out. Still got same cap cost and money factor along with 54%. And $100 cheaper a month payment than originally quoted.
Could you please post MF and residual for 2014 & 2015 genesis coupe 3.8 ultimate package? 36 months, 15000 miles per year. Thank you. Automatic transmission.

Trying to lease a 2014 Genesis 5.0 R-Spec. I gather that I'm looking at a residual of 50%, money factor of .00055, and $2250 lease cash. If we start with dealer invoice of $44,790, subtract the lease cash and the $2000 cash to dealer, that gets us to $40,540 before holdback and any other dealer incentives I don't know about.
How much more room would you imagine is left (assume no other customer incentives)? I figure I can get to $38k, but do you think I can get below $37k?
At $36,405, roll in $595 acquisition and Texas' ridiculous 6.25% tax on the purchase price, and I come up with a monthly of $453. Which would be pretty swell. I have a dealer who quoted me something close to that monthly, but I think her math was off.
I guess my questions are: 1) Are there any other manufacturer-to-dealer incentives I can know about this month? 2) Does Hyundai offer a higher RV with fewer than 12k miles, or is that the lowest mileage? 3) Care to guess what they'll do next month? More incentives? Lower RV? Stop offering a lease on 2014 models altogether?

Much obliged.
1) Those are the only incentives we know about. 2) Hyundai only offers 10K/yr programs on the Equus 3) Just guessing, but either lower residual or no lease 2014 lease program
A Local dealer has advertised on their website a brand new 2014 Genesis 3.8 That stickers for $36,150.00 on sale for $25,995.00. I know there is a $3500.00 rebate that I would not qualify for because its only for purchase so that makes it $29495.00 so what should my payment be for a 36 month 12k yr lease? I live in Cincinnati Ohio

Sorry... we don't show a lease program for the 2014 Genesis.

.00062 and 52% foe 36/12. Hyundai does not offer 10K per year leases, but if they did, residual would be 1% higher.
