Any guesses on 2015 Lexus NX 300h pricing? MPG?

I'm very interested in this car as there are not too many AWD hybrid compact SUV options out there. I'll probably buy this Lexus NX 300h if the AWD model is <$36K. The RX starts at around $40K so I guess the base model NX 300h will start at around $35K. If it's too pricey I'll probably wait for the RAV4 hybrid AWD that I assume Toyota will release sometime in the next few years. Any thoughts anyone?

Something tells me that most of the ones at the dealer will be priced more like the mid-30's.

Then, in the comments box, add the details of months and miles
