I don't track trends, so I can't say what the number have or will look like in the summer. There isn't usually a huge movement in the MF from BMW; they will adjust the residuals and/or add some sort of lease cash to sweeten the deal.

36/12 on the 2015 is 59% and .00129.

If I purchased the vehicle, but do not have it in my possession yet (still at the dealership waiting or registration bc MA does not give temp tags and I'm in NJ), Can i take advantage of the residual change? Based on your experience..

Sorry to bother you but I am cross shopping between 2016 550xi and 2016 X4. Please correct me if I am wrong, the MF as very similar but the Residual for 36 months and 15k miles is 52% for X4 and 61% for 550xi. That means I can get 550xi that costs 20k+ more for less than $100 more a month than X4. Just strange that BMW would do that.
Was the Residual ever any higher than 52% on X4?

I don't have 2016 550xi lease numbers yet. X4 is 52% for 36/15. MF is the same at .00130

I'm thinking about it just purchasing it outright and trading in an 11 X3. But I'm concerned about the loss of cargo area and functionality. Only time it'll be used for hauling cargo is picking up passengers from the airport.

You really don't want to lease an X4 for longer than 36 months ... the residuals fall off a cliff.

Yes, max 7 MSDs each of which reduce the MF by .00007

Hi, in southern california trying to lease an X4 2.8i, 2015 or 2016. Do you have 36/12k residuals and MF for them?

I'm assuming residuals are better on 2016, so it would be better (price-wise) to lease these, is that correct?

We don't have the August numbers for the 2016 just yet.

For the 2015, we show .00130 and 57% for 36/12.

Is this a '15 or a '16?

Are the taxes being rolled into the selling price? I doubt that $1500 will cover all your up front costs.

Acquisition fee is now $925, and I've heard that dealers cannot mark it up.
