2015 - .25% MF for both 24 and 36 months. 63% for 24/15 and 54% for 36/15. Add 2% for 12K. $500 lease cash.

2014 - 61% for 24/15 and 52% for 36/15. Add 2% for 12K. I'm still looking for the 2014 MF - when I find them I'll post separately.

Thanks - so to confirm a MF of 0.50% equates to 0.00021, correct (divide 0.50 by 2400)

Dealer here indicating there is a 13.5k mile lease term - any figures with you're familiar with on that?  First pass on MF from dealer was 0.75%...  Will dig in there once I decide this is the right car.  MSRP of $37070 with cap cost of $32750 after rebates with final payment (w/9% tax) being $427.

13.5K residual is 1% higher than 15K.

Dealer quoted me the following for 2014 Energi Titanium 36/15K:

MSRP $39275
Net CAP cost $29226 (over 10K in rebates and discounts)
46% residual (he actually gave me $18566.60 which is more than 46%)
1% lease rate

$402/month with $500 total drive off. (total inception fees TTL of $1288 of which $402 is first payment)

My math gets me to $342 ($296 depreciation, $20 lease fee, $26 usage tax [8.25%])

I am asking him to account for the $60 a month difference. The extra $788 financed should only be adding roughly $22.

I've asked numerous times for a breakdown/worksheet and have not been successful. Am I off? What am I missing?

46% residual is $18066.50, not 18566.60. I'll guess that is a typo on the dealer's end..

Payment is $329.84 + tax (310 dep, 20 finance).. About $357/mo. with tax.. Maybe some of those inception fees are added on to his NET cap figure?
