Can I get the RV and MF for the Elantra SE (automatic), 36mos/12k? Trying to help my brother out (who is leasing for the first time) and I don't know what RV and MF to compare his numbers too. Here are the details:

MSRP: $13,390
Acq Fee: $595
Down: $999 (I told him not to put anything down as he won't see that $ back)
Cap: $15,104
RV: $11,217.90
Monthly: $117.95
Term: 36 mos
Miles: 12k

Doing some basic math I came to a MF of 0.00038 and RV of 61%. Are these good numbers that the dealer is providing? Also, any lease cash back or incentives in December? Thanks!

Thank you. It looks like the incentives page here breaks out the incentives $1000 for not $0 down leases, and $500 only for $0 down, so I suppose I'd have to pick one and not get the full $1500? Or is there another $1500 dealer cash that may or may not be passed along the buyer? And just to confirm, you take this off the final negotiated price, it's not built into the dealer's offer, right? Thanks!

The $1500 I show is dealer cash... Not sure how that matches up with Edmunds information.

I get a pre-tax payment of $163.75 with those numbers. Ask the dealer what the net cap cost is .. if it is higher than the Price Promise price, have them explain the difference.

Also, can you tell me if you are tier 1 credit? That may also impact the monthly payment.
