    What was the selling price?

    That does seem like a high payment for a purchase, but the devil is in the details - where do you live? What is the tax rate? Did you have a trade-in - if so did you owe money on it? Did you add any "extras" to the deal?

    So much we don't know yet - so it's difficult for us to fully evaluate your deal.

    Would it be possible to get the RV and MF for the following?

    2015 Elantra SE

    $12k/month

    Also the RV and MF for a 2016 Elantra SE, otherwise same as above?

    Also FYI to anyone else, there is a $2,500 Bonus Customer cash towards leasing that expires 6/1, but I believe it can't be used with 0 down at signing..

    Here's what the dealer quoted:
    MSRP of $23,575.
    Sale price of $22,865.
    Rebates of $2,150.
    Sales tax - 5.6%

    With no money down on 36mo. 12,000 mile a yr. lease - $258

    With a CAP cost of $22865 minus $2150, I get a payment of $245/mo.+tax... Looks pretty close.
