39 months/15k year for $449 plus tax with $1000 down.
With trade in allowance of $2725, lease price is $385.73 plus tax.
Agreed upon value is $42,650 with $595 acquisition fee for total gross cap cost of $43,245.

MSRP is $44,375. total cap cost reduction is $5325 which appears to be trade in plus $2600 in rebates.

.00045 and 54% for 39/15. With your MSRP and net cap (before cap cost), I get $524.67/mo pre-tax. If the entire $5385 is being used to bring down the cap, that would knock about $137/mo off the payment, or $387.67/mo before tax - so, pretty close to your dealer quote.

However, I would recommend against making a cash down payment and/or using trade equity as cap cost reduction - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money. Have the dealer cut you a check for the equity and save the cash. Use it to help with the (now higher) monthly payment.

$800 inception
39 months, 12k miles
$450/month with sales tax of 7% included

We are supposed to be getting the "supplier cost" since we are public school teachers.

Anyone know if rates/incentives will be changing much in March? I ordered an Enclave (all wheel drive, leather, without nav or tow package but adding roof racks. It came in a full month or more early and my current lease isn't up until May. I haven't put anything down yet as a deposit so I could walk away if the price isn't right.

Hard to say what will happen to the numbers .. we should have them in later this week.

Being told MF of 2.28 and residual of 54% on a Leather AWD with moon roof, Bose audio, WiFi and roof racks. Right now for a 39 mos 15k lease but I'm asking them to redo for 36 and 12k. That residual seems low based upon what I've seen. Shouldn't my CapCost = the agreed price plus license, doc, acq fee - less rebates and any down payment? Already told them I'm not paying for Theft Etching of $295 and questioning an additional $995 they have listed for "Acces" when the accessories are already added into the invoice price of $47,808.

$995 was their "Green Car Package". Had them take that off too. 36 mos and 12k bumps up the residual to 58%. Invoice price seems high compared to what I'm seeing here but most aren't looking at the Leather AWD.

58% and .00045 for 36/12 - that works out to 1.08%. But, my numbers are through GM financial. If they are using a different bank, they will have different numbers and we won't be able to verify them.

I agree with how the cap cost should be figured.

Term -36, Mileage- 12K, MSRP-$51,965, Cash down - $5K, Mfactor & Markup- 0.00178, residual - 58%, LTV(%MSRP) - 81%, Dealer Flat/Mfactor- 1.2% APR, Lease APR Equity- 4.27%, Residual- $30,140, Monthly Payment- $494.50.

We don't have any Buick numbers for May yet .. hopefully soon.

Is the entire $5K being used as down payment? If so, your "true" payment is closer to $633/mo. That isn't something we recommend - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.
