We aren't showing any incentives, but it's early in the month/quarter, so you should check back at that link or at Lexus for updates.
You can go to the "build and price" link on the RX 350 page and spec one the way you want it and we'll tell you Invoice and True Market Value, as well as MSRP.
TMV is a "good" price but some people negotiate from invoice (or below) and try to beat TMV.
Have fun shopping!
I'm not sure I'm liking that $3,749 due at signing on the 27 month $399 special at the Lexus web site. The general idea with a lease is to put down as little as possible.
Not sure that it matter for Lexus, but what state will you be leasing in? Have you negotiated a price down from MSRP (or even better, up from invoice)? Any other fees that the dealer has thrown at you?

If you are flexible, generally the best time to buy is at the end of the month.
Check the GA Department of Revenue website; I'm sure there is more information to be found there.

I just went to this dealer to purchase 2015 RX350. For a car with MSRP $50250, the manager offered me $48730. He must think his customers are stupid and not doing research before coming to his store.
After I pointed out it was not a reasonable price, he said he cannot sell a car below the invoice of about $47500, however, immediately he changed his saying to $45500, not any more, but I cannot trust this person any more.
So, please do your research before your buying.
Like someone said, car dealers are the most up trustful people on earth.
I asked a dealer in Alabama and said theres no going around the tax as long as I'll be registering the vehicle in GA.
Would anyone know if it is a good time to purchase this month or should I wait?
I have an offer for MRSP$51,135 selling price$45,997 plus fees and tax (doc fees -$599, reg fees-$139, 7% ad valorem title tax) less trade-in($5000). The sales manager quoted me for 72 mos @ 3.9%APR $697/mos. If I went with 60 mos @ 1.9APR monthly would be about $799 and I was trying to go below $700/mo.
Does anyone have thoughts on this? Do you think I may get a better deal waiting?
Thanks in advance.
