First, the MF is marked up. Base MF this month is .00135.

Second, we don't recommend making a down payment on a lease. If the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.
    Thank You for your info,

If I do MSD, how much MF I can reduced?

Thank You again and I asked too much question in the forum.
7 MSD each of which reduce the MF by .00007 - so, .00049 in total.

What's the numbers for a 2015 328i GC 36/15k in CA? Any sweet spots or option add ons affect the RV?  Thank you in advance.

    There is no 328i GC.

    428i GC?

If so, .00138 MF and 53% residual. $1000 buildout cash.

I have been looking at cars with adaptive cruise, which is rare on inventory cars, and recently found a 2015 435i Gran Coupe, loaded with almost every option including ACC, on a car lot. Luxury package, not M Sport. It entered their stock almost 6 months ago and was filthy, sort of in the back. I got the feeling there was no interest in it from other buyers.

Car has only 120 miles, never registered, was a demo. Warranty would expire 2.5 years into ownership because in service date was registered almost 1.5 years ago, even if leased for 3 years.

I would like to lease, partly because I do not want to own a BMW out of warranty. Do you have any advice on how to approach negotiations, decide on a fair price, or should I avoid this car? KBB blue book value for this vehicle with these miles is 3k higher than what the dealer is asking.

    Thanks.

We don't see any lease support for 2015 models.

There is a CPO lease program, if they would certify it, but that adds costs (and, we don't have those numbers).
