Hello - can you please post numbers for NY for the '15 Fusion Titanium AWD and FWD for 36 months, both 10.5K and 12K? Also, the Titanium Hybrid, which I think only comes in FWD? Are the numbers different in NJ or CT?

    Thanks, in advance!

Gas model residuals are 55%/54% and Hybrid residuals are 58%/57%

Gas is 0.50% APR and $1750 lease cash
Hybrid is 3.25% APR with no lease cash

Ford numbers are regional, but we don't have all the regions. We don't notice that it makes any difference, though. The residuals are definitely national.

On this site under INCENTIVES for the 2015 Ford Fusion it shows the following. Is this different than the $1750 Lease Cash mentioned above or did they just up that by $1000?

    Leasing $ Offer
    Requirements and Restrictions:

Red Carpet Lease Bonus Cash is available towards leasing. Must finance through Ford Motor Credit Company.

    Leasing Bonus Cash - 1/12/15 to 3/31/15
    $2,750

It's possible that Ford upped the lease cash by $1000 -- but, we don't get mid-month updates on the incentives.

Can I get the MF and residual for 2015 Fusion SE 2.5L 15k/yr 3 mos. (NJ) - thank you.
As well as any rebates for March.

    Feedback on a deal (NJ): 36 months/ 10,500 miles

2015 Fusion SE with packages (technology, sunroof, etc) that bring total MSRP to close to $27,000.

Total up front is simply acquisition, fees, and first month totaling about $1,100.
    Monthly payment is $185

    Thoughts?

    0.50% APR and 55% residual.

Can't really calculate a payment without knowing the selling price and/or CAP cost, but about $210/mo. all in for a $27K MSRP car can't be a bad deal..

I get about $187/mo, so it looks like their numbers are right... That's a big discount. Pretty cheap price..

    Enjoy it!

What is the net capitalized cost?

That deal looks almost too good to be true - $185/mo for a car that stickers at $27K.

Michael I'm not sure what net capitalized cost is, I only have adjusted cost which is 21,250. From reading the contract the selling price of the car was $24,300 (MSRP: $26,900) and then tax and acquisition fees, dmv fees, and document fees were added bringing total to $26,100. From this $3750 in rebates and my $1100 were subtracted to get adjust cap cost of $21,250 approx. Rent charge is around $160 total and so that total payment (with all fees, tax, and interest) is $6650, divided by 36 months = 185.

Does that help? Good deal? I already signed so it seems real.

Thanks - can you tell me how the miles allotted per year on a lease (10k, 12k, etc) factors into the lease calculator?

The residual quoted (52%) is for 36mo, 15K/yr. If you take a lower mileage allowance it changes the residual. 12K/yr is 2% higher and 10K/yr is 3% higher..

    I stand corrected ... I'm getting about $187/mo using 55% residual and .00021 MF (.5%).

Excellent deal - enjoy your new Ford!

I have a dealer telling me that I qualify for $2750 Red Carpet Lease Bonus Cash and the $1000 Conquest Cash, but not the Customer Offer of $1500, which does say for retail purchase [Customer Cash is available towards retail purchases. May not be combined with Special APR Financing through Ford Motor Credit Company]. Is the dealer right? If so, is it because I am leasing not purchasing? The car we are talking about is a '15 Fusion Titanium AWD 36/12K, in NY. Is there any dealer cash I am missing?

The dealer is correct - the RCL bonus cash and the customer offer are not compatible.

Use the "Car Research" tab at the top of the page to link to all customer incentives.

ny_sx, be sure to negotiate the selling price BEFORE they take the incentives. If they take the incentives off the MSRP, it may see like you are getting a better deal when you are just getting the advertised deal.

Truecar.com and the calculator on Ford's site use the incentive to drop the MSRP and give the illusion of a deal. So take 5% off the MSRP, then take 3750 off with the incentives.

You should be paying no more than 335 per month tax included for a Titanium AWD with 19" wheels, Driver Assist, Moonroof and NAV.

This assumes a MSRP of: 36105. Sale price of: 34229. Minus incentives of 3750 for a Net cap cost of 30,479.

Not including the title, registration and whatever other fees.

Unfortunately, we don't have much information on Fords this month, other than the 24 month APR on a Fusion lease is 0.75% APR.

    Good Morning everyone,
i will make this short or i will try, recently destroy my ford fusion SE on a car accident, the car was declared total loss looking for a replacement, but this time i would like a Titanium, because my SE was with a lot of options that the Titanium has. so I think it might better to just get the Titanium. Can someone please tell me what's the Residual, Money Factor and Incentives for the Titanium? BTW i found out the ford has GAP insurance on leases. that saved my GAP of 1500k, that's on all automakers? i'm sure i didn't have it on my last Toyota. thanks

So I'm getting this offer for the Titanium Gas:
    MSRP:33,695
    Selling Price:31,000
    12k/36 months
Putting Down: 1,000 i guess first month and dealer fees.
    Monthly Payments with 7% FL taxes= $300.00

    is this a good deal?

The lease numbers for the Fusion Titanium 36/12 are 51% and .5% MF (.00021).

Note that there is $2000 lease cash on the Fusion, so you're only getting a $695 discount from sticker.

Using your MSRP and selling price, I get a payment of $421/mo with tax. Something seems quite wrong if your quote is $300.

i think they are discounting the price, on top of that they are giving me the rebates, so maybe discount the extra rebates? not sure what was the adjusted cap cost, i didn't get the print out.

Yeah, it's possible that number is lower than the $31,xxx you gave earlier. If you can get the dealer to provide that number, it will help us model the payment.

oh, wait ... just noticed you are looking at a 2016. I gave you numbers for 2015.

    Let's try again ....

I agree with the 56% residual for 36/12 on the 2016 Fusion Titanium, plus 1.0% MF (.00042). With the MSRP and adjusted cap cost, I get a payment of $333/mo with 7% tax.

2016 Ford Fusion Titanium/ Navigation, heated and cooled seats and heated steering.
    MSRP:33,695
    Selling Price: 31,233 + Acquicition Fee:$695=$31,875
    Residual:56%
    Ajusted Capitalization Cost:$29,346
    36/12K

I just Called the finance guy, does this sound correct?

oh, wait ... just noticed you are looking at a 2016.

They must be doing something different, either on the MF or any other discount, i think if they leave t at 300 monthly with taxes i'm fine with it,

    thank you for your help.

MF can't be any lower than what I've quoted you. Must be a difference in the cap cost that accounts for the difference.

Do you have any numbers for the 2015 SE trim for August? Lease would originate in Illinois.

I was quoted $0 down and "mid to high 200s" including tax, title, fees for a MSRP $26,100. I'd like to have the Ford numbers when I go back in Thursday if possible. :-)

    Thanks!
