I have a proposed lease on a 2015 RC 350 2WD Coupe with a total MSRP of $51,240. The residual is $33,306 (65%). I have a net trade in allowance of $5,000 which makes for a total cap reduction of $4,108.64. It's a 36 month lease and 10,000 miles which gives me a monthly payment of $635.36. I live in Texas with a tax rate of .0825. When I asked what the MF I was told it was .00170 but when I run the numbers I get a different payment of $563.74. Maybe I don't know what I'm doing to figure it out. Any help would truly be appreciated.

I now don't plan on trading my car in which means I won't have any cap reduction. I will have to pay fees of $256 and 1st month payment so any help on what the new payment would be without the trade in would be very helpful as well.

Texas applies sales tax to the entire selling price. What is that, by the way?

.00170 is the base MF for the RC this month.

We actually recommend against using trade equity as a cap reduction. You may consider, instead, using it for MSDs (multiple security deposits) which reduce the MF. And, you get that money back at the end of the lease.

I am in Northern Virginia. Picked up a Lexus RC350 AWD (Nebula with Playa interior) with every option but Mark Levinson sound system ($55k MSRP). Was able to negotiate a lease for 36 months/10k per year. $625 sign and drive option with first months payment, zero down and zero upfront. Started out at $660 and brought him down to $625. I was aiming for $600.

I hope i did ok.

Test drove the new C class and the BMW 428i GranCoupe and almost went with the Beemer, but the Lexus handles way better and feels nice, compared to the stiffer ride of the Beemer.

I was initially considering MB C400, but I gave up on it due to high MF and low RV. Test drove C300, BMW4, TLX, Q50, IS350F and RC350F AWD and pretty much decided on RC350F AWD loaded minus Mark Levinson (Mark Levinson is hard to find one in Chicago). Numbers you posted here are invaluable for my negotiation. Thank you very much.

tm: nice car. When my Lexus lease is up later this year, I will be looking. My short list includes the same cars as you minus the Infiniti. By then better lease MF values will hopefully be available.

Is it worth trying to get the .00120 money factor? And does it vary be region? Is the dealer marking the money factor up slightly or is that what it is for my region? Located in ny.

Dealer is allowed to mark up the MF for extra profit. You can push for it, but ultimately it's your decision.

Selling price: $50,800 (includes dealer buying out my remaning 4 payments on my Honda lease $1,040)

Lease: 12k/yr 36 months $553 per month.
Just tax, fees and first month out of pocket.

Residual:64%
Money factor: .00120

Think I got a good deal seeing as how with out the last 4 payments on my Honda the selling price would be $49,760 which is few hundred over invoice. What do you think?

Saw this on a post on ClubLexus on a lease deal in Ca.:

MSRP: $53108
Selling price: $47343
Residual: $38674 for 24 months lease
MF: .008
Total drive off: $2000
24 months / 12k miles a year
$498 including CA tax

This is the best I've seen yet.

No lease cash on the RC350.

Using 49139 as the MSRP and 43639 as the net cap cost, along with the 68% residual and .00060 MF (with MSDs), I get a pre-tax payment of $424.92 - add 9% tax and you're at $463.16/mo.

Not sure you can get to $400/mo with tax .. you'd have to get the cap cost down to around $42K.

with my grad incentive + $500 drive off and $6000 discount which i have been offered    My monthly pmt for 27mo will be 408/with tax

I visited the dealership which said would do 6k off and they said they wouldnt... Wasted my time

Finally found a local dealership which would give me $6000 off msrp on one of their RC350 F sport just with sunroof and accessories pkg msrp of $49139

So with $6000 discount, $1000 new grad incentive, $500 drive off, 9 x MSDs for 15k/27mo   Residual at 68% 

My monthly payment came out to be 399.78 with 9% los angeles tax included

Its silver lining with silver interior   I wanted a white or blk one but hard to find one at this msrp since most F sport ones are loaded with other options   

total due at signing $4100 
getting back $3600 when the lease is up

The $1000 would only increase your payment about $28/mo .. isn't it worth it to get exactly the car you want, rather than settle for something else because of the "deal"?
