Cold Weather Package

MSRP $47,050.00
Selling price: $41,814.00
Money Factor .00130 Non MSD's
Money Factor MSD"s .00081
Residual 63%

    If it's a 2015, I'd guess a 39 month lease, not 36 months..

Do you have the CAP cost number?

No, it's 36 months. It's a custom order and I wouldn't take delivery until next month before the holiday deals end (was told I can't lock in holiday credit after new year). I'm not putting money down but I am putting MSDs:

    $4,603.50 (Fees plus 7 MSD's; MSD's are $2,800.00) ---- $399.00 a month,

    OR

    $5,661.19 (Fees, NJ taxes and 7 MSD's; MSD's are $2,800.00) ----- $370.00 a month

    Thoughts?

    HI,

Could you please give me the Residual and MF on a 2015 328ix Sedan and a 328ix GT each for 15K at both 36 months and 39 months?

I am located in NY (Westchester to be exact).

Also, are there any current incentives available? I was told at a Mercedes Dealer that there is a USAA discount, does BMW do that?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Apols is this was already answered but I scanned and couldn't find a mention...

Do you have the current residual values for a 2015 320i for 39 months/10k miles?

Also, on a side note, for these 39 month promo leases, do you get extra miles prorated? I.e., is it 30,000 miles for the entire term or does the dealer/BMWFS give you an extra "2400" miles because the term is three months longer than usual? I notice on the BMW USA website that is explicitly says 10,000 miles "per year".

    Many thx

For December 2014, what is the money factor and residual on 39 month and 36 month, 10,000 mile lease?  Please show with and without 7 MSDs.

Does MF/Res change with 12k miles?  If so, please state those numbers as well.

    Thank you!

Is the December mr still 0.00130?
What are the December rv numbers for the 328xi for 39m/12k and 39m/10k?
Also are there any other incentives other than the $1000 holiday cash?
I'm looking to lease a 328xi before the year ends, should I wait until the second half of december to see if they put out more incentives?

Waiting can't hurt. While increased incentives aren't that likely, better deals can usually be had in the last week of the month.

Got almost the same deal for almost the same car. BWM 328 xdrive, M Sport, CWP, Premium Package, Tech, Lightning, Driver Assist, Sport Auto. White/Black. MSRP - $53,400.
All taxes (NJ) and fees included into monthly payments. $466 per month with $3,500 (7)MSD.
Sale price was $47,000. Doc fee a crazy $500 (could not care less). I had $1,000 ultimate drive credit.
This was for my wife and she is very happy with the car so far. I like the car too except for the crappy base sound system and rock hard RFT tires.

    Upholstery KCSW Black Sensatec N/C
Options 494 Heated front seats 500.00
4AB Dark Burl Walnut wood trim N/C

Ended up leasing a 328xi base line with heated front seats and driver assistance. MSRP was 41,900. Including my 1,000 rebate from BMW for new college grad, I'm paying 340/month (including NYC taxes) with $1,500 down (which included 1st month, acquisitive, doc, and DMV fees).

I think I got a pretty good deal

    Hi, Experts,
I'm new to lease and BMW. Hope you can help with my toddler-level questions. :)

Can you help to check the quote I got from the dealer today?

I know that MF discussed in the forum is only 0.0013, but the dealer quoted me higher. Is that part used for negotiation as well?

I don't see that bank fee or other processing fees listed. Does that mean it will be added up later, or actually the monthly payment should might have included them all?

When I said that I wanted to put more down payment for lesser monthly payment, the salesperson put down $5482.11. I don't know how he came out this number. I guess this is nothing to do with MSD? However, the down payment is something I can get back when I return the leased car, right? I should talk to the salesperson to do MSD, instead of down payment, so that the MF can be decreased furthermore?

    Thanks!

    Thanks!

He came up with your downpayment number to get the payment to $350/mo. Either you told him that was the payment you wanted, or he thought that payment would sell the car.

The $925 in the 2nd column added to the CAP is the acquisition fee (marked up from the base amount of $725).

The selling price is very good... Basically 7% off, minus another $2000 in incentives.

The money factor is marked up the maximum amount. That adds $26/mo.pre-tax to the payment..

The lease payment on this car, once you add back in your CAP reduction of $4265 is a lot closer to $475/mo. than $350/mo. (that's the real monthly cost).

Given your deal as it sits, I'd want $25-$30/mo. less on the payment. I wouldn't make that big downpayment, either... but, that's another story.

So tired of these BMW dealers jerking people around. Dealers, just give your true bottom line offer and stop playing games. There is so much markup and so many outrageous fees (including hidden ones); they always come out ahead one way or another.  This is why so many people hate car shopping. It's not an enjoyable experience anymore.  And let's not forget all of the fees they tack on when it's time to turn in the car.  It's such an overpriced car as it is and for what it is and then they try and get more money out of you in the end. One way or another, they'll screw you.

Question on the Multiple Security Deposits (MSD's), what happens if you are in an accident and the car is totaled is that money lost? and at the end of the lease would you roll that into the next lease if you decide to continue leasing

I got this offer from a lease broker. Thoughts? I am located in NYC

    Model 153W 328xi S USD 39,500.00
    Color 668 Jet Black N/C
    Upholstery KCSW Black Sensatec N/C
Options 494 Heated front seats 500.00
4AB Dark Burl Walnut wood trim N/C
4DM Highlight trim finishers pearl N/C

    Total Suggested Price 40,950.00

324/month with taxes and 295/month without. First month, bank fee and dmv due at signing on a 39M/10K a year lease. This includes an additional 1k incentive from BMW as I am a recent college grad. Going to ask for a breakdown tomorrow, but doesn't this seem very low?

It seems really low. I'll guess they left out a big downpayment.. Good luck!

Mind telling me what broker you used?

Security deposits aren't part of the equation when it comes to GAP insurance, so they aren't at risk.

I haven't leased the same make with MSDs, consecutively... but, I wouldn't just roll them into the lease. That would be the same as a CAP cost reduction. I would make MSDs on the next lease, if available.

Has anyone leased a loaner from BMW? Presented with 24 mo lease for 299/mo car listed at 34,900 with 10,500 miles? Going back and forth verses 2015 328i X-drive 39 mo for 368 trying to get them down to at least 350/mo is that a practical number or would I be able to go any lower - 40k knocked down to about 37k Both offers are no money down other than inception fees. 12k per year Same equipment in both. Would be interested on what dealer was used for 340/mo I am on long island in NY, that was for 39 mo 10k per year correct, only inception fees?

Yeah I got it with 39months 10k miles. I think the loaner is a great deal. I think one of the reasons why my price was low was the additional 1k discount from BMW due to new college grad, otherwise it would be ~$20 more a month (correct me if I'm wrong).

Are we allowed to post our broker/dealers? Mine was in Brooklyn

Late to the holiday party here and hope I didn't miss an opportunity. Does anyone have the January RV and MF for a 335ix 10k/39m? Any lease cash/incentives? Still make sense to do 39m as opposed to 36? Thanks for all your help.

    .00131 MF and 63% residual.

Haven't seen all the numbers, yet... but, they are advertising the 39 month lease, so I'd guess that's still the best term.

Looks like the incentives are gone.

I’m looking for the current MF and RV for a 2015 328i, 328ix, 328d, and 328dx. 36/39 month, 15k per year. Do they still offer any ECO credits on diesel? Thank you very much for your help.
