    I got the following offer for a new 2015 Audi A3 Premium Plus + Navigation + Drive assist + convenience pkg. MSRP $42250. Price: $37847. Residual: $23646. Lease for 36 month (@10K miles) $484/mo and $1000 down. MF 0.00062. Just wondering if it's a good offer.

    Using your numbers, I get $432.22/mo before tax.

    What is the breakdown of the $1000 due at signing?

    I confirm the .00062 MF and 56% residual.

    You can either negotiate a better selling price or use MSD to buy down the MF and lower your payment.

    Thanks for the quick response.
    It doesn't mention what are the $1000 for, but it looks like it counts toward car value.
    Also, the monthly payment includes state tax, which is ~9.9%.
    Is it realistic to ask for better discounts on the A3?
    I have emailed all the dealerships around, this was the only one to go considerably lower under MSRP (4.3K), compared to 2-3K from the others.

    4-6% off sticker is usually a pretty good discount for Audi.

    With tax, my calculated payment jumps to $475/mo - so, there's about $325 unaccounted for.

    Looking to lease an A3 Premium Plus--fully loaded--MSRP about $43,000.

    Can I get the residuals and money factor for a: 36/42--10,000mi/yr

    They also are running their Summer event so I'm expecting 600 off from the start and then a discount off MSRP.

    Would this be around the best time to buy because the 2016s are coming?

    Can you give me the payment for sale price: $38,500?

    Hi there. I was hoping to get some help on an A3 lease. Originally I was looking to finance the car because I drive too much to lease but my salesman told me Audi does up to a 33k mile per year lease. Can anyone find residuals and mf on a 30k a year lease? I honestly didn't even know they existed. Thanks in advance. 
    Sorry forgot to add that it is a TDI premium or premium plus. Thanks again.

    @hillestadk It is probably cheaper to finance the vehicle. The residual will likely be extremely low and at that point it makes more sense to buy than lease.

    Just an update. The lease wasn't actually for 30k  it was a 15k mile lease that they were adding $0.15 a mile on the back to...pointless. Thanks for the help anyway guys.

    Sorry forgot to add that it is a TDI premium or premium plus. Thanks again. 

    I don't have those figures. Generally, they set up those high mileage leases for business use, where you can expense the entire lease payment. Usually, they aren't very payment friendly. If this is for personal use, I agree with @floridagator1 that it's probably cheaper to buy and finance it.

    Looking to see if this is a good deal. NY state Westchester Purchase, Taxes up front.

    Audi a3 2.0 Quattro Premium, cold weather and ipod. 35495 Msrp

    36/10k $307 month with 3k total out the door taxes up front i believe, Im ok with paying extra up front to lower the payment to $300

    I believe the sales associate added the loyalty discount $500, summer of audi $600, and one more discount but I dont remember why.

    36/15 numbers are .00033 and 51% (Prem +) or 49% (Prestige).

    Audi numbers expire today (7/1).

    Planning on a lease for Premium Plus Convertible 2.0 in NY between 36 and 39 months with 12k or 15k miles, MSRP 45,100, Invoice according to TrueCar 42,700... First time leasing, so couple of questions.
    The MF and Residual I saw on here before I think. Just wondering how I would be able to spot a markup of MF? Assuming I'll know the tier I fall into, what is the calculation here? Is base line MF the best or the worst MF you can get or is there always something added to the base MF, no matter what the credit score? Is it known how the tiers relate to credit scores in numbers? Not sure if my dealership uses regular or auto enhanced credit score.
    How should I approach tax payments in NY? Different forums mentioned some states applying tax to total lease amount others to monthly payment! How do I calculate those into the deal?
    Also, is it known if Audi includes Gap in its leases or is that depending on the dealership or an add on?
    There would be a downpayment of around 5k, incentives of 1,100, trade in credit of roughly 2,000 (hoping to negotiate higher) and destination charge of 925.
    Appreciate every little advice and tips for getting a fair deal. Thanks!

    .00054 and 51% for 36/15. Add 2% for 12K

    .00074 and 49% for 39/15. Add 2% for 12K

    You ask the dealer what MF they are using; anything higher than what I've quoted means they have marked it up for extra profit or your credit score warrants a mark up.

    You want the base MF.

    We don't have the score ranges for different credit tiers, but add .0004 for tier B, .00065 for tier C and .00105 for tier D.

    In NY, sales tax is computed for the entire lease up front (sum of monthly payments * tax rate). You can choose to pay it up front or add it to the cap cost.

    We do not recommend making a down payment or using trade equity to buy down the cap cost - if the car is stolen or totaled, you lose that money.

    What are your thoughts here. Not sure what the MSRP was but I think it was around 35k

    Also, ive been told not to go with 42 month lease because cars usually go out of warranty after 36 but Audi offers a 4 year warranty. Knowing that, is it still smarter to go 36month?

    42/12 lease numbers on the 2015 A3 1.8T Premium Plus are .00034 and 48%

    36 month terms are usually better for Audi - in this case, .00014 and 52%.
