I just ordered a new 2015 BMW m4 convertible that was made to order. I wanted to see if this is a good lease deal? It is a 39 month/12,000 mile lease. Base MSRP is $72,500. I got Mineral Grey ($550), Executive Package ($3,500), 19" Black Allow wheels ($1,200), M Double Clutch Transmission ($2,900), Harman Kardon stereo ($875) and destination and handling ($950) for a total MSRP of $82,475. I got a discount of $4535.83 bringing total down to $77,939.17. Then fees & taxes (doc fee $699) taxes ($50.13), taxable fees ($136.45) and Non-tax fees of ($252) for a total net capitalized cost of $79076.75. My total out of pocket costs are $1,900 including first payment of $950. So my monthly payments are $950/mo. Is this a good deal? I can give a sreenshot of the deal paperwork if needed.

With an MSRP $82475 and CAP cost of $79076, .00130 MF and 60% residual, I get a payment of $925/mo.+tax..

That puts my calculation about $29/mo. over their payment... Probably some CAP reduction in that $1900.
