    No 39 month program this month...

    36/15 numbers are .00130 and 59%. Add 2% for 12K and 3% for 10K

    sorry i thought u were referring to the MF, the 2% is added to the RV

    Thanks, yes coupe. Seems like most BMW dealers like to mark up MF and many refuse to back off the markup...

    Does anyone know of any conquest bonus $$$ (coming from Audi) or other incentives that may be available on an M4 lease? No dealer has mentioned any and I haven't come across any.

    No incentives... you are correct, most BMW dealers will markup the money factor. You have to shop around.

    Does BMW include a $995 "acquisition fee" automatically when leasing - on top of destination? Or is that something dealer is adding in? Seems to be a standard fee in the itemization of gross cap cost in the BMW Financial Services lease paperwork. Maybe varies by state? Thanks.

    Buildout cash is a BMW to consumer incentive. If leasing, it is used as a CAP cost reduction.
    It's for any 2015 model. (Too late for orders.. off the lot, only).

    Wow. Was hoping for a slightly better residual. At least the same as last month. . No 39 month option for 2015 model? 39 mos option for 2016 model? Was really hoping for that to pull the trigger. The extra credit is nice, but I guess I'm wanting it all.

    Thank you for all your help with figures. After some extensive searching and negotiating was able to pick up a 2015 M4 for myself and order a 2016 Mini JCW for the wife.

    Hello, do you have any numbers(RV and MF) for January on a M4 Coupe? Looking at 10k/year.

    Also, would be interested in seeing M3 numbers also. It appears the residual is much higher on the sedan.
