So would the rebate be $7465 in total?

How does an Option Allowance get taken into a lease?
  • Do you happen to have the 2015 rates and incentives?

Yes.. Option allowance is a fancy name for a rebate. It must be taken as a CAP cost reduction on the lease.

  • Would I be able to get some guidance on this lease deal?

    36 / 10k

    $141,685 MSRP
    $124,685 Selling price

    $1239 Per-Month (Including NJ Tax)
    $2141 (FEES) out of pocket.

He is telling me the contract will show $5,845 because the $2465 rebate will be taken out as cap-reduction.
So I would be putting out of pocket: Fees & First month payment.

Shouldn't the rebate make my payment lower by $2465. It currently appears to me that the rebate is not doing anything.

The discounted MSRP to Selling price includes the $5000 incentive, but it doesn't include the rebate.

    2016? .00136 and 65%

Using your prices, as is, I get a payment of $1200/mo before tax.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost - that should expose any issues with hidden fees and what is or isn't being used as cap reduction.

Also, find out what the $2141 covers - may not be enough for all the up front taxes and fees.

That's it.. the dealer is being pretty clear. The actual upfront money required to get that payment is $5845. But, you only have to come up with $3380. The rebate covers the rest.

Was quoted 0.00154 MF by local dealer...0.00134 is not a typo, correct? Residual 65% regardless of giga or terra package?

.00134 is the base MF; dealer is marking it up for extra profit.

Packages do not affect the numbers.
