I don't see the net cap cost listed - there is a $1000 option allowance on the 2016 M3, so that should be factored into the deal.

I confirm the .00132 MF and 60% residual for 36/12, but without the cap cost, we can't calculate the payment.

@masbaconplease @michaell Looks like we have the CAP cost, what we don't have is the MSRP. But, using the residual and residual percentage, it appears to be $76,545.

I am underwhelmed by a $3000 discount on a car that has a $1250 incentive, but on the plus side, there are no markups to the money factor. Appears that they tried real hard to get under $1000/mo.

Not sure of the market for the M3, but I'd hope for a couple thousand more off the selling price. Every $1000 off reduces the payment by about $30/mo. But, the calculations on this deal are good.

@michaell @kyfdx thanks for the info guys. I am currently a bmw financial customer on another bmw and was told M3 does not qualify for 1k customer loyalty? Is that true? Here is the complete quote, I'm wondering was the incentives already included on the 3k off?

I'd be surprised if the M3 was excluded from the loyalty incentive, but stranger things have been known to happen. You might want to reach out to another dealer to confirm.

I'm pretty certain that the incentive is included in the selling price from the dealer.
