36/10 residual is 65% on the M3. Residual is fixed by the bank and cannot be modified by the dealer.

Maybe they quoted me the 12k residual or something. I've seen on other forums that they miss the "bump" for 10k sometimes. Thanks.

36/15 is .00129 and 62%. $1000 anniversary / innovations credit.

No 39 month program in May.

I think you have the choice of whatever program is better - when you sign or when you pick up. My co-host is much better versed in BMW leases and I'll let him weigh in.

You should be able to lock in the current program, then take that program or the one in effect when you take delivery.

But, that's at the dealer's discretion. BMWFS allows it, but get it in writing from the dealer. (also, that you'll get the base money factor, either way).

Hello Guys,

I'm currently in the market for a new car and I'm very interested in the M3. But since I live in Miami, Florida they are not discounting the car at all. After I've contacted pretty much all the BMW dealers in Florida they only discounted about 4% off. Not to mention they isn't very many out there to begin with because the 2016 are on the way. Now the reason why I'm interested in the 15 and not the 16 there is a $1000.00 rebate and a really juicy residual which helps with the payments on this car.

Now since I can't get the car pretty much in the southern region, I have to resort out side of here and try my luck elsewhere.

Is there any way you guys could tell me which other region and has the same money factor and residual and rebate to try my luck there ? I contacted a store in Atlanta gave me 7% off (but since it was another region the base MF started at .00290 compared to 0.00128) so the payments were insane but the discount was great.

I've not known the BMW numbers to be regional - the incentives, yes, but not the MF and residual.

That said, the numbers we do have are for the "south and central" regions of the country, so that should include Georgia.

As you've found, 2015's are becoming hard to find, so dealers may not be as willing to discount them, though 4% isn't too bad, I've learned. A smaller discount coupled with the base MF may be the best you can do at the moment. Not many M3's available under most circumstances.

Or, wait for the 2016's to arrive and see what the numbers look like then.

If I were ever in the market for a $60+ plus car, I'd want to get exactly what I want and not settle for something less even if it's a "deal".

Yuh Im simple guy don't want many options on it. They have the car but told me their regional number for the quote is that money factor 0.00290. So good to know only ting regional should be rebates but not MF and residuals ?

No way the MF should be .00290 - BMWFS only allows a maximum .00040 markup on the MF. They might be quoting you a MF from a third party bank to make up for the big discount they are offering.

MF is marked up the max.

Those are the current numbers. The new program doesn't start until Tuesday. It will be later in the week before we have those numbers.
