    I'm looking to get residual and MF information on the following Fiat 500x in Los Angeles:

    2016 Fiat 500x Trekking Plus FWD with Package 2? (lane departure, front collision warning, sunroof, auto high beam control, rain sensing wipers).
    2016 Fiat 500X Easy FWD with Easy Collection 2

    Yep, pretty much free money.

    The MF on my Jetta lease is .00005 - for 36 months, my total rent charge is just over $50.

    So the dealer offered me the car at $19472 (MSRP $28080). That gives me a depreciation cost of $252.50 +financing cost of 4.78 = $257.28/month pre-tax (assuming I pay about $600 out the door). Is my math about right?

    Your math is correct. Of course, you have to find out if that price given is valid for a lease. Also, you'd have a lease acquisition fee.

    Last question. Dealer is telling me I have to pay tax upfront on the $7000 in manufacturers incentives. Never heard of that before. He trying to pull a fast one? Thanks

    Generally all rebates and CAP cost reductions are taxable.
