SouthEast Toyota isn't showing any lease programs for the 2015 model. This means limited availability, or it could just be a lack of incentives, making the lease payments very high.

Hasn't anyone leased a 2015? I don't see any info here on 2015. I am looking at leasing a 2015 Limited in white. Here is the email I got from one dealer. Seems high to me. Need opinions please and any info you can tell me. Thank you.

All those extra miles are going to kill your payment ... are you sure you wouldn't be better off buying rather than leasing?

Toyota only has published rates for 15K miles per year - 65% for 24 months and 56% for 36 months. Extra miles are charged up front at .10 per mile. This will reduce your residual by $2000-4500 and increase your payment by $83-125/mo.

MF for Avalon Limited in CT is .00001 and $1120 (!) lease cash.

Thanks. I drive 120 miles round trip each day for work and am working on getting my company to subsidize the lease payment.

Does your explanation mean that I would be charged the extra .10 per mile, plus the additional residual decrease of $2000-$4500? That is what I understand of it.

No, the .10 per mile is calculated to between $2000-4500 (depending upon lease term and how many extra miles you want). It's not both.

All the same .. the only trim level with a different residual is the XLE Touring SE ... add 1% to the residual.

I don't know - the lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive specifically for leasing. If the dealer cash is the same thing, except for a purchase, then I would say they do not combine.
