    So based on statistics the best day to buy or lease a car is 31st of December. You get best prices to get units off the floor, boosting sales numbers for the year end and making room for the next year's inventory.

    Next best is week after thanksgiving as the black Friday deals gets better longer the shoppers wait.

    Third is Friday before X'mas and forth would be Black Friday.

    Got the latest quote 2015 SV with $205/m out of pocket and 250 due payment for 23m at 12k.

    What is your MSRP and selling price of the car? And its a 23 month lease?

    If I calculate it for MSRP of $19,805 and selling price of $16,294 with $1000 incentives, the monthly with 0 down comes to about $183/- (Residual % taken for the calculation is 63%)

    Yes, 63% for 24/12. SV numbers are 3% less, but same MF.

    $16,280 is after incentives or before? What is your tax rate?

    Yes, 63% for 24/12. SV numbers are 3% less, but same MF.

    May I have the residual and MF and lease incentives for a 2015 Sentra S 36/12 in NJ? Are the numbers the same for the SV as well?

    I leased (36 months x 12k) 2015 Nissan Sentra SV yesterday. Just putting out my numbers if that helps anyone.
    I put down 2300 (includes all fees, taxes etc., 800 cash and 1.5k trade) and 125 (includes PA 9% tax) for next 35 months.
    At the end, I can buy car for 9970. Also 2 years oil change included for whatever its worth.
    I think this is ok deal. I was not expecting myself to make great deal anyway.

    I think this is a better than OK deal.

    That's a lot of car for not a big payment.

    I know this is the Sentra forum, but I can't find one for Versa. I'd like to know the MF and residual for an SL Versa or Versa Note. Tax is 2.5% in CO and there is $500 bonus cash on the Versa and $1000 on Versa Note. Thanks!
