Not no charge ... 6-series Gran Coupe offers the M-sport package for $5300, a savings of $8650 on the 640i an $8400 on the 650i.

We don't have 36 month numbers yet from BMW for January; 39 months is the sweet spot at the moment

.00130 MF and 58% residual for 39mo, 10K/yr.

The 36 month residual is actually 1% lower at 57%, so 39 months is definitely the way to go.

No MRM information available from BMW.

Add 3% to the residual for 10K miles per year.

As a rule of thump, what percentage discount should I be seeking off an MSRP to get a good lease. have heard its possible to get between 8-10% discount. For the current month/quarter, do you know what incentives BMW is offering?

On a BMW, you should be looking for 6-7% off, plus any other incentives.

Check the Car Research tab at the top of the page for incentives.

Not sure where you live but in NJ/ NY area you can expect about 10% off this model's MSRP. Buy or lease right at the end of the month to ensure best price.

Thanks, I'm glad our numbers match up. I'm actually trying to get them to come down another 1-2k on the cap cost. I know its all speculation, but I'm wondering if its worthwhile waiting for the April numbers to come out since the 2016's are right around the corner.

We have incomplete data so far in April for BMW ... no M6 numbers included with what we do have.

Looking at a 650i xdrive GC, is .00130 the current best MF wo MSDs? What's the best sweet spot now for terms? Ideally I'd like 36mo. / 10 or 12K/yr.

Would you anticipate terms changing much in May, or is it a total crap shoot?

.00130 is the base MF. 36/12 residual is 55%. Add 1% for 10K. $4000 build out credit.

I'd say the MF will be pretty consistent next month, but the residuals and incentives could change.

It appears that MF and RV is the same on M6 or 650ix of the Gran Coupe-that's better than what I found with Audi's S Models.

What exactly is the $4,000 "cash build out?"

What is RV with higher annual miles of 15k or 18k?

It appears that incentives are strong to help dealers clear out the 2015's with '16 in production, any clarity on what's the best those are going to have on pricing relative to invoice or MSRP?
