    Michaell,

    Has their been any new number MF & Residual for 2015 Premium 39/12. Also, now with 2016 model out, what would be a good % discount from MSRP be to start negotiating.

    My current lease is coming due end of the month, hence need to finalize.

    Calling dealers on a 2015 premium ESV, I'm told buy rate MF is 0.00130-131 and residual 51p for 39m/15k

    Will update if I find what I've been told is incorrect

    Have a feeling these quoted 'buy rate' MFs on the Escalade/Yukon/etc are still marked up

    In touch with 7 dealers, all offered the same 0.00131 in their first quote so before any negotiation

    Never seen this, usually I get different MF #s since dealers vary their mark up and never seen a dealer offer the buy rate on the first quote

    Any thoughts?

    Maybe GM restricts all dealers to the same retail MF to help hide the mark-up

    Since we don't have the Cadillac numbers, it's hard to say..

    But, the Yukon is .00080, this month, so .00131 doesn't seem out of range. It's the end of the model year, and maybe they are motivated to move them. If they all quote the same rate, it's likely to be the buy rate.

    I have a quote for a Escalade Luxury 4WD 36/12 that shows 61% residual and MF of .00234. The residual is inline with the regional lease offer but the money factor seems inflated. Does anyone have January MF numbers?

    Sorry, we don't have any Cadillac lease numbers. The Yukon and Tahoe have MF of .00170 this month; can't guarantee that the Escalade is the same, but the MF you got does seem inflated.

    Cadillac is having no problem moving every one that is built, so I can't say I'm surprised by the numbers.

    I have the following offer for 2016 Standard 2WD; 39month/ 10k miles per year:

    MSRP: $74040
    Sales Price: $70940
    Residual: 60%
    Money Factor: .00161
    Lease acquisition,dealer fee, registration fees: $1200
    I will put down first months payment plus the fees above: $2450

    I live in FL 6% tax and get $879 payment including tax.

    Is this accurate?

    I show .00151 MF and 60% residual, but that could be a regional difference. Close enough.
    Why $2450 upfront if it's $879 + $1200?

    I get $865/mo.+tax, assuming $70,940 is also the adjusted CAP cost.
