October numbers are 1.60% MF and 61% for 36/12. These numbers expire on 11/3 - won't have the November numbers until sometime next week.

Just negotiated a lease for a new 2015 Traverse AWD 1LT with 12K miles/yr for 36 months.
Base MSRP $35,795, Captains chairs $495, style & tech package $795, and destination charge of $875 for a total MSRP of $37,960. 62% residual.

"Agreed upon value" is $35,324.91, tax rate of 6.75% ($956.52), acquisition fee $595, doc fee $250, title/license $65. Total Gross cap cost is then $37191.43.

Zero $ down, $381.98 monthly payment (tax included)

Good deal or could I have done better?

We would need to know the negotiated selling price, but $382/mo (with tax?) on a car that stickers for almost $38K is a pretty good deal.

We got the following lease quote for a 2015 Traverse 1LT AWD (MSRP 37,960) in Connecticut. Price 33,565.46, residual 23155.60 (ie; 61%). No money down $374.99/mo x 39 months 10,000miles/year. If we do $1700 down (which is basically taxes and fees) it goes down to $339.08/mo. Based on what was posted earlier with a money factor of 0.00045 I calculated that it should be more like $292.44/mo. Does this seem right?

Yeah... I get $292/mo, as well..

$47/mo is pretty far off....
