$0 down is not the same as $0 out of pocket. You are responsible for the first payment, the acquisition fee, dealer fee and any tag or license fees at lease signing.

I'm getting $350.25/mo with your numbers, pre-tax.

Ask the dealer what the net capitalized cost is - if it's higher than the sale price, make sure you understand how they got to the cap cost number.

BTW the 750 down is the 750 competitive lease conquest offer. so that brings down the due at sign tp $1000

0.75% APR and 55% residual. 36mo, 10.5K/yr

I get $350.22/mo.

Ford APRs sometimes vary by region, though. You'll have to ask the dealer what APR they are using.

Thx for that. I tried the calculation on an excel sheet and i get different value. What am I doing worng here so I can get same price you got? I included incentives of 1500+750 in down payment

Your spreadsheet didn't populate any value for "Finance or Rent Charge".. The only thing in the payment is depreciation..

Not sure the dealer would call them BS Fees ... work hard to minimize or eliminate them by adjusting your offer price.

Quick question, why is that dealers include sales taxes to give payment quote? tax should per month right?
They also want to charge $699 for dealer fee when in reality that's BS fee. In Ford XPLAN they can charge up to $100. So we should be able to negotiate same

Tax obligations for a lease vary based on state. 

As as I said earlier, work to mitigate the $699 dealer fee in your negotiated price.

We only have money factors from Ford ... no residual information this quarter.

I'm having a hard time backing into the advertised lease in Florida on a base explorer. $3,399 due at signing, $249/mo. Doesn't say mileage, but i assume 10,500. With MSRP of $30,700 minus a $2k incentive and the money factor mentioned here of 0.75% and the last residual i can find it's still showing at $261/mo. Where do you think the difference is? additional dealer incentives?



UPDATE: I think i solved it. Residual at 56% with an additional $750 incentive somewhere else. Maybe dealer

You don't know the assumed dealer discount from MSRP. You wouldn't pay MSRP, would you?

No, but if I know all the other factors I can back into the net price after incentives (to dealer or buyer) on the advertised lease and work from there.

2016: 1.75% APR. No lease cash.

Unfortunately, we have no residual information for Ford.

48% residual. 0.75% APR. $2000 lease cash.

Ford actually offers percentage based residuals for 16.5K/yr and 18K/yr mileage... Subtract 1% or 2% from the residual.
