What is the residual for 27month 10k mile lease?  Also, how much should all the fees add up to, approximately?  (Not including tax).  Also, is it possible to extend a LFS lease?  Thanks!

2015: .00090 MF and 70% residual. $1750 lease cash.

$700 acquisition fee, plus your local title/registration fees, and whatever else the dealer tries to add on...

A dealer gave me these values for a 36-month 10k per year lease.

0.0005 MF and 61% Residual value. Are these accurate and are there other promotions going on?

2015 model? I show .00070 MF and 61% residual.

Entirely possible that they have a regional special on the money factor where you live, though..

$2500 lease cash.

Their calculation is a bit strange (I am an engineer, the math is not difficult for me), I will double check it. Thanks for the help!

Also, is it correct that this is the last year of the current model, and that's why they are making an effort to move these 2015s?

Lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive; the dealer can choose to pass it along to the customer. Not documented anywhere publicly.

FWIW, we just closed on a 36mo/10k, 61% residual with a 0.0004 MF and 2,500 rebate (lease cash, Apr incentive)

-License/Title - $325
-Acquisition - $700
-Doc Prep - $80
-"Other" - $29

Are these in line? On the edmunds.com build your options, it looks like the fees should come to $925 so this may be high? Please let me know.Thanks!

Acquisition fee is standard from Lexus. I'm guessing you are in CA as the doc prep fee is capped at $80 there. Everything else seems OK.

Hi. Please comment if this is a good deal: 2015 CT200h, base model w rear view camera (no nav, etc.), MSRP $33940, selling price $30400, cap cost $31180 (700 acquisition fee + 80 dealer fee), 300 lic./reg. fee, residual 61%, 0$ down, 0.00095MF, monthly $317 (includes a $2,500 dealer rebate).

Base MF is .00055. 61% looks like 36mo, 7.5K/yr.?

Hi I just came back from the dealer and was offered $350 a month for 36m/10k with $1500 down(includes taxes, fees, etc) for a f sport. Good deal or not? I haven't went over the detailed numbers with the salesman yet

Without knowing the MSRP or the selling price, we can't really evaluate your deal. 36/10 numbers for the CT200h are 60% and .00055. $2500 lease cash and the first payment is covered by Lexus.

I could provide those numbers. Msrp is 38800 and selling price is 36700. Do I subtract the lease cash from the selling price? Any good lease calculator besides edmunds?

Subtracting the $2500 from the selling price, I get $335/mo.+tax, with just the $700 acquistion fee due at signing. (+title/registration and dealer fees). Pretty close to what you are getting

Does anyone know if CT200s are available WITHOUT nav but WITH some of the other features on the Lexus site such as Display Audio Package, Luxury Package, etc.? I can't seem to find any in my area.

Use the "make / model / year" pull downs at the top of the page to build your car and search local inventory. 

Its possible you may have to custom order it to get the option combination you really want.
