I confirm the MF and residual you quote. With your numbers, I get a pre-tax payment of $319, so not entirely sure how the dealer gets $307 with tax.

Looks to be solid, so far as I can tell.

I get the same payment. Seems like a lot of car for the money. If you're comfortable with the selling price, there is no reason not to pull the trigger.

I think 2016s are either here, or right around the corner..

But, if leasing, the 2015 will be an easy $50/mo. less than the 2016.

That's about $84/mo if it all goes to the cap cost.

If I use $32,912 as the net cap cost (selling price - rebate + bank fee), then I get $324.55/mo with my spreadsheet, pretty much in line with the numbers you are calculating.

I would ask the dealer what net cap cost they are using; I suspect it's different (higher). Find out why.

I read in CarsDirect.com about a $5,500 conquest/loyalty rebate for leasing/financing a 2015 CT200h in southern california. Do you know about this? Would it be advisable to lease the 2015 if this rebate is available or lease the 2016 CT200 h? thank you.

There is $5500 loyalty or conquest cash on the 2015 CT200h.

You'd have to run the numbers for both model years to see which makes more sense.

Hi. Can you tell me incentives. residual and MF for 36 month/12000 in NM? Is it different for the F Sport and the regular versions? If so, can you give me both? 2016 will be fine as they only have one 2015 left and I don't really like the color.

@Michaell is the residual still 60% for 36 months at 12K/yr? With a MF of .00015 and a $1500 lease cash this looks like a great lease deal. Does the current lease rates expire on 2/1? I'm looking to lease a 2016 if that makes any difference.
