The acquisition fee for MBF is $795, and goes to the bank. This covers their administrative costs for originating the lease (pays for GAP insurance, commission to the dealer, etc.. profit?). MBF allows Mercedes dealers to mark up the fee by as much as $300 (extra profit for the dealer).

A dealer fee is just a way to add more profit to the deal. They can range from $75-$80 in NY or CA, all the way up to $899 (Florida, Georgia).
Not sure how they got to be so customary, but those big numbers are ridiculous. Some states set a maximum allowable fee.

Are lease deals better on the BMW 328iGT or the 428ix Gran Coupe?

Residuals are 3% higher for the GT. All else being equal, that would give you a lower payment.

What are your thoughts on these 2 BMW models?  Does the 328 GT HAVE ENOUGH POWER?

They both have the same powertrain. 240 HP turbo-4.

I've had a few loaner vehicles with that powertrain. Seems like plenty of power to me.. My wife's BMW has a 230 HP 6-cylinder, and the new turbo-4 is definitely quicker.

The 4-series sits lower and looks sportier (to me, at least). The GT has great utility with the hatchback.

Yes. What are your thoughts on the Mercedes Bennz C300 AWD? Also thoughts on C300 vs. BMW 328GT. TRYING TO DECIDE BETWEEN THESE 2.
One more. 2016 are about to hit. Do you usually get a better deal on the outgoing model or about the same on both.

I really don't have an opinion. You should get what you want.
